There are different ways you can get help with tech. Regardless of the method your request will be tracked using OneHelp which gives you a ticket reference number, email updates, and control over when to close it.

Passwords
OneID
Most university wide staff and student systems use the same login ID called "OneID". For the full list of OneID systems and to manage your password online, see http://oneid.mq.edu.au.
If you're still unsure about passwords, contact the HelpDesk.
(Note: eStudent does not use OneID - contact the HelpDesk for help with eStudent Passwords)
